Actress Shamsa Ford has praised Irene Uwoya as the most kind-hearted woman in the Tanzanian film industry.
Shamsa who has shared screen space with Uwoya in more than one film through Instagram she had this to say "according to my views, in the whole Bongo movie there is no one like Irene Uwoya when talking about kindness and heart of giving, she is someone who loves others, she can even use her last cent to share with others, it doesn't mean she is rich but she has heart of gold and love for everyone"
