George Clooney has always impressed women with his charming looks, but now he's also sweeping his new girlfriend off her feet by planning a creative date. The actor has taken British attorney Amal Alamuddin on a safari to Tanzania to watch wildlife. In pictures obtained by People magazine, the couple seem to be having a great time, and it even looks like they took a helicopter ride together, a strange twist on a traditional safari.

His new love interested certainly seems different from the women he has dated in the past. The actor split from professional wrestler Stacy Keibler in July 2013, and she just announced that she secretly wed Jared Pobre. Amal is Oxford and NYU educated, speaks three languages, and currently represents WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

This isn't the first time the couple have been spotted together. Rumors of the two dating began in October 2013 when they appeared on a dinner date in London. A source told People that the couple are a wonderful fit for each other. "She isn't someone who is pursuing a career in acting or entertainment … she's on his level."
