Tanzanian top designer Sheria Ngowi dressed new Zambian president Edgar Lungu.  Speaking with Clouds fm Ngowi said he met Hon. Lungu before he won the election so he told him if he wins the election he would like sheria to dress him during the inauguration day.
So after wining Sheria was contacted one week before the inauguration ceremony to take his measurements. Sheria also witnessed the inauguration event. Take a look..................
