Former Miss Tanzania 1999, Hoyce Temu just recently graduated her Master degree in Mass Communication from St. Augustine University. Hoyce is also a Tv presenter, Humanitarian and Communication expert who inspires many young girls. Again, Temu is nationally regarded as one of the best Miss Tanzania tittle holders ever.
