Kenyan actress Lupita Nyong'o who is busy making her mark in
Hollywood is planning to visit Kenya this month after being away nearly
two years. Lupita who is also in the Hollywood upcoming film "12 Years a
Slave" which also stars Brad Pitt, Chiwetel Ojiofor and Michael
Fassbender starred in the Kenyan television series Shuga and In 2009
she wrote, directed, and produced the documentary "In My Genes" which
was about the treatment of Kenya's albino population. In 12 Years a
Slave directed by Steve McQueen, she plays a slave girl who receives a
bit
too much attention from her slave master played by Michael Fassbender.
Her visit in Kenya is for pleasure not for work, Lupita graduated from
Yale School of Drama's acting program. Another upcoming film of Lupita
is a Hollywood action movie Non-Stop which stars Liam Neeson, Scoot
McNairy and Julianne Moore and is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra.
