MILLEN, HERIETH, FLAVIANA OR DAXX ...!

Tanzania has some international models signed with different agencies but these are some of them who did good job this year and kept Tanzania fying---- 1:MILLEN MAGESE- Millen is the internationl model from Tanzania who has traveled almost to all world's fashion capitals for work,Milan,Paris, London,Newyork,Hong Kong, and India,Germany and all big fashion weeks in Africa for years now.She is currently under Ford models NY and Ice model management in South Africa. Millen has been there for charity works and helping Tanzanian upcoming models to meet their dreams who look at her as an inspiration, her prominent charities contribution include Tanzania education Trust,African Rainforest Conservancy.Millen has great respect in the African fashion destination(South Africa) and she has been an important catalyst to those young models who want to make it bigger, she has appeared in numerous international magazines inluding Elle,Cosmopolitan,Essence, Arise magazine and more.Millen was miss Tanzania 2001

2: FLAVIANA MATATA- Many African media and even out of Africa credit Matata as a fast rising supermodel in the world. The former Miss universe 2007 finalist lives in the U.S.A and has been sleepless in london, newyork, South Afica and other big fashion capitals and this year she appeared in designers'campaigns including Kenzo. she has been a looking mirror as she has her own foundation "Flaviana Matata foundation" for helping education for girls from least privileged families. Flaviana was discovered buy Russel Simmons co-founder of hip-hip label Def Jam and founder of fashion lines Phat farms and Baby farms. In 2010 Essence magazine named her breakout model of the year, 2011 she was Arise magazine fashion week model of the year.She inspires many African young girls who want to be international models

3: HERIETH PAUL- She is not very much known in her country(Tanzania, if you thought that Herieth is a canadian model you are totally wrong, The model was born and grew up in Tanzania. Herieth has worked with many Top designers in the world despite her few years in the industry. She was discovered by Angies' model and talents and has appeared in many magazines including Vogue Italia and Elle magazines . she is signed with agencies in Newyork and Milan and she has been almost in every fashion capital milan, paris, london....

4: DAXX HANS- Daxx resembles Tyson Beckford in some ways including his face. The rising star in Africa is signed with Ice model management in South Africa. Daxx is doing well in South Africa starting out this year as an international model and gives inspiration to many upcoming male models in Tanzania and east africa.He was on the runway for designers this year, he appeared on People magazine South Africa advertising Denim Guo outfits and Hamptons exclusive cars, he also appeared on webbers campaign. So Daxx is the international male model of the year from Tanzania
