AISHWARYA RAI SPECIAL GUEST FOR CANNES FILM FESTIVAL 2013. JAY-Z AND LEONARDO DICAPRIO TO FACE HER.

Bollywood superstar Aishwarya Rai has received special invitation to the prestigious Cannes Film Festival 2013 which is one of the few biggest film festivals in the world. It will begin on May 15 and end on 26 May.  The invitation came to the actress from the French government.
Just recently, Aishwarya Rai was bestowed with the second highest French civilian award by the French government for her contribution to Indian cinema, on the occasion of her birthday last year. The first day of the Film Festival will feature Baz Luhrmann’s film The Great Gatsby, which stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Carey Mulligan, and Amitabh Bachchan who is Rai's father in law. It will close with the movie Zulu, a crime thriller starring Orlando Bloom and Forest Whitaker. The actress has attended the world famous film festival for ten consecutive years both as an ambassador for L'Oreal and representing Indian cinema, also  Cannes Film Festival will celebrate 100 years of Indian cinema this year. Amitabh Bachchan is confirmed to attend the Cannes premiere, along with Jay-Z who scored the movie.
Aishwarya Rai won Miss world title in 1994 then entered Bollywood and became one of the biggest stars in the hindi film industry. She is also known in Hollywood and has appeared in Hollywood movies too, she is often referred to as the most beautiful woman in the world.
